Your Mission:
Within the Trussardi brand, you will be responsible for providing guidelines, tools, and support for the setup of window displays and interiors for 15 outlets with the aim of increasing attractiveness and foot traffic to achieve commercial targets. This role is itinerant and covers the entire Italian territory.
- Ensure the design and implementation of window displays and internal displays exclusively for outlets, respecting the brand image, to increase sales in line with company objectives.
- Guarantee the adherence to timelines in the definition of interior and window display setups, clarity of the documents shared with stores, and supervision of activities carried out in the field.
- Define window and interior setups, verifying their feasibility and providing precise instructions for correct application within the stores.
- Propose different setup hypotheses in relation to store clustering and product assortment of the collection (stock, integration, slow movers).
- Monitor the assigned stores, providing constant feedback and support to resolve issues related to windows and interiors.
- Analyze competitors and fashion trends to develop new display methods, window subjects, and accessories in line with trends and the Brand image.
What you Bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in the role of Visual Merchandiser and preferably at least 2 years of experience in an outlet context.
- Flexible mindset and ability to navigate a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Availability for frequent travel across the national territory.
