Wholesale Commercial Analyst

As a Wholesale Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and optimization of the business in our reference markets. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will work closely with the Wholesale team and cross-functional departments including Product, Merchandising, and Finance. You will provide accurate analyses and strategic insights aimed at driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
Your Mission:
Your mission will be to translate data into actionable insights, contributing to the development of effective commercial strategies and the positioning of our brands in the premium segment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze wholesale sales data.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, profitability, stock, and orders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the definition of budgets, forecasts, and commercial strategies with dedicated reports and analyses.
- Provide daily updates to the commercial team on performance vs budget and support them by identifying and sharing budget targets by channel, customer, and category.
- Develop tools and dashboards to support the commercial team and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align performance with business objectives.
- Manage the appointment calendar of area managers.
Requirements:
- A strong academic background in Management Engineering, Economics, or related analytical fields.
- Previous experience, even at a junior level, as Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or in similar roles within fashion, retail, or wholesale companies.
- Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Ability to transform data into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Precision, problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and team spirit.
- Strong communication skills, able to present data clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
