Qualifications

• University graduate

• Fluent in English; Russian is considered a strong asset

• Minimum 7 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion retail industry -preferably in male luxury brands.

• Customer-oriented approach with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and satisfaction

• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards

• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

• Strong awareness and in-depth knowledge of luxury retail brands and market dynamics

• Solid knowledge of store procedures, operational processes, KPI management, and reporting

• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate high-performing teams

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales performance and profitability

• Demonstrates strong product & collection awareness with a refined fashion eye

• Closely follows fashion trends with a strong sense of style and aesthetic judgement

• Ability to conduct competitor analysis and translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
